If you cannot connect to the dashboard...
Step 1: If your gateway cannot connect to "All end points" - please press "RESET GATEWAY"
Step 2: The system will reset and the gateway will disconnect
Step 3: Wait for 3-4 minutes and the system will reconnect
Step 4: Press the gateway/device and select "Connect to all endpoints"
